Delete your PocketFin account

You can request permanent deletion of your PocketFin (Pocket Finance Tracker) account and its associated data without opening or reinstalling the app.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my PocketFin account.
2. Send the request from the email address used to sign in to PocketFin. This lets us verify that the account belongs to you.
3. We will confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days after verification.

What will be deleted

• Your PocketFin account record;
• your Google account identifier and email address;
• your expense and income records; and
• your due-payment records.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We may retain information only when required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, and only for as long as that reason applies.

Delete individual records

If you want to keep your account, you can delete individual expenses and due payments inside the app instead.
